Each Friday join Liz for a one hour restorative face to face group class on the Central Coast.
You have 4 Friday's each month to join me for some self nourishment of your physical, mental and energetic bodies, supporting your nervous system and helping you connect with a grounded flow of Earth Prana.

Join Liz over Zoom for a restorative meditation & energy healing. For the 6weeks the foundation intention for the series is "Remember Who You Are."
These nourishing 30min sessions are intended to bring you from the busy & stressed into a grounded relaxed presence of physical, mental and emotional ease, reminding your nervous system and subconscious that you are allowed to pause, breathe & be present with your inner sanctuary of wisdom.
Each session is recorded & uploaded to the website within 24hrs for you to listen to as many times as you want over the 6wks. Once paid you have access to zoom link and programme outline in your services library.
Even if you miss the live session you will have access to the recording.Â

Put the techniques you learn into practice during group coaching sessions. This is a safe place where everyone is working on their own self-love journey.
During each group session, you’ll get a journaling prompt. This will help your Soul Wisdom flow and land with the conscious mind on your page. During class you are encouraged to share what came up for you. This sharing is very important in anchoring the new awareness in your subconscious mind to activate the change in your life. Most students find it powerful to learn that others are having similar struggles and hear the creative ways they are showing up for themselves amongst the chaos of their lives.
